Q 1: How can I order?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to the cart, log in, and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive an order number and summary to your email as well as the provided phone number. The order summary will also be stored in your account.

Q 2: Why should I buy online?

By ordering online, you will get prices faster and be able to go through the order confirmation and payment process much quicker. This could be a huge time saver. We also provide same-day deliveries online.

Q 3: What payment methods can I use?

Currently, we support COD (Cash on Delivery) and Credit Card on delivery payment methods. Online payment methods are in the pipeline and will be integrated soon.

Q 4: What are the delivery charges?

For all orders, a flat PKR 199 delivery/shipment fee will be charged only if the product weight is within 5 KG. For 5KG to 10KG, charges are PKR 500; for 10KG to 20KG, charges are PKR 1000. Above 20KG, an additional PKR 100 per KG will be added.

Q 5: Can I cancel my order?

Q 6: How do I know if my product is eligible for an exchange and/or replacement?

Q 7: How long do I have to initiate my request for a refund or replacement?

You can initiate your request for a refund or replacement within 7 days of delivery. You must have proof of purchase, and the product should not be opened or used.

Q 8: What is Delivery on Date (Calendar)?

You can choose from the calendar a date within the next 4 days on which you require a delivery.
